Tuesday Prayer Focus Notes

• This is a new era of Holy Spirit! He wants to live in you.
• Worship is the overcoming power for our future.
• God gave us the expression of worship.  Favor rests upon you when you worship.
• God is for you, rewriting his covenant with you
• Press against your old identity.  You are greater than you are now.  Push out
• Renewing of the mind is renewing of your spirit (soul), not your brain.
• Allow God to be the center of your being.

Three kinds of ignorance:

1. INDOLENCE:  being dull, unfeeling, or barren.  Leads to laziness, hastiness, presumption, and poverty.
2. KEEN-NESS; Conceit and complacency.  You know it all
3. NO ILLUMINATION:  Your own thoughts filter everything you hear.  Don’t want to know more.  Quit listening for any new perspectives.

CHRISTMAS CAROL:

Scrooge was forced to look at his past through the eyes of his old business partner.  After seeing his childhood past, he saw his present through the eyes of his past.  Then his future was revealed through the lens of his past and present.  He saw where his path was headed and realized he could change his future if he changed his present

We all need a personal Christmas Carol time.  Ask the Holy Spirit for revelation.

1. See your past through the eyes of others.
2. See your past through your eyes.
3. See your present as designed by your past.
4. See your future through your present.
5. Change your present to establish your future on who God intended you to be.

See yourself in 3 years.

1. Reflect on how you are going to get there.
2. Let that identity In Christ overtake you emotionally. (no fear, abundance, and life)
3. Make changes that reflect your new becoming.
4. Dare to detach from somethings that rob you of the expectations.
5. BECOME:  See through the lens of prosperity & success.  God is for you.

Grow up with Christ:

1. Christmas=God incarnate.If you keep going back to the manger, you will not grow up.
2. Good Friday=Christ the Savior.If you stay at the cross, you will repent and forgive but not fulfill the commission to go into the world.
3. Easter=the Resurrected Christ:  If you stay at the tomb, you will miss the empowerment of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost.
4. Ascension on Mt of Olives:  The Ascended Christ.  If you stay on that mountain gazing upward, you will miss the Upper Room visitation.
5. Upper Room=Holy Spirit empowerment.If you stay in the Upper room enthralled with the Holy Spirit, you will miss the Kingdom come on earth
6. Christ the King=Victorious Warrior:  War with Him for His Kingdom come on earth.
